Updates
- June, 2009 - Another LHIN experienced a crash similar to our crashes. We experience relief knowing it isn't something we are doing, but anxiety about the program that we use to manage our websites across all LHINs
- February 9, 2009 - Our techie has decided given the problems we have been experiencing, to rebuild the database and pages again from scratch to see if it eliminates whatever is causing the crashes. There are still problems with posted documents.
- February 7, 2009 - Again, we experienced a complete crash of the website. This time the crash went unreported long enough that the daily back up was overwritten with the crashed version. This meant we had to retrieve the weekly back up from our service provider.
- November 7, 2008 - All issues have officially been resolved. We are still cleaning up from the confusion, so if you come across something that is missing, or a broken link, please let us know as soon as possible so we can fix it!
- October 20, 2008 - We are still having difficulty with our 'Assets'. This trouble means all documents posted in our News Room and Recent Publications are temporarily unaccessible. We are exploring a different way of posting the information so that it is not so fragile.
- October 17, 2008 - We experienced a second crash. Having learned from the first crash, most content was restored within the hour.
- October 7, 2008 - Thanks to our tech support, all documents have been re-published. All links should now work.
- October 3, 2008 - We are still having difficulty with our website provider, hence links to many of our documents do not work. We apologize for the inconvenience and expect to have the issue fixed as quickly as possible.
- October 1, 2008 - The content of the website has been restored.
- September 30, 2008 - We experienced a complete website crash. All content vanished. Several providers are attempting to trace the problem and reload the content. Our apologies to our stakeholders for this temporary loss of contact.
