It takes a whole community to create a health care system that helps keep people healthy, gets them good care when they are sick, and will be there for our children and grandchildren.  The HNHB LHIN works together - its citizens, health care providers, funders, leaders, etc - to ensure that we have quality health care.  In this section of the website we describe the priorities for the next three years (2010-2013) for health care in the HNHB LHIN. 

The following diagram is an overview of each of the priorities, how they are connected, and the goal for each.
