Conversations with our public inform all of the work of the Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant (HNHB) LHIN.  

Good decision making for an available, accessible and acceptable health system requires an understanding of citizen values, preferences and opportunities, and the resources available to implement solutions. Ideas from many stakeholders is key; no one group holds all the knowledge, insights and solutions for health system improvement.  We are committed to:

  • building relationships with our stakeholders,
  • interacting with stakeholders in purposeful ways
  • using engagement approaches that are appropriate for people involved and the issues at hand, and that maximize participant satisfaction.
