Patient Flow Overview
One of the HNHB LHIN’s priorities is that people have access to the right care, at the right time, in the right place. To make this happen, we are working to make sure that:

- People who do need to go to the emergency department get their needs met appropriately and more quickly
- People who need to be admitted to hospital for an immediate or planned surgery or treatment will not be delayed
- People will get the care they need after their hospital treatment or surgery is over
