Now Accepting Nominations for 2019
Heroes in the Home – Caregiver Recognition Program
Each year, the Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant Local Health Integration Network recognizes and celebrates unpaid caregivers who give time, effort and devotion to care for their loved ones at home and in the community. Through their warm smiles, shared laughter and commitment, caregivers are making it possible for countless individuals to remain living at home for as long as possible.
HNHB LHIN’s Heroes in the Home Caregiver Recognition Program honours unpaid caregivers whose kindness and dedication allows people to live full lives in their community regardless of illness or disability.
Thanks to all who nominated unpaid caregivers as part of HNHB LHIN’s 2018 Heroes in the Home caregiver recognition program. Remember – Heroes nominations are open year-round. Consider nominating a Hero in the Home for 2019 today!
- Anyone can nominate an unpaid caregiver
- Caregivers are unpaid and either living in, or providing support to, a loved one residing within Ontario
