Voices in the Community
Each person has a voice. Each voice has a story.
Through the words of patients, clients, caregivers and providers, our Voices in the Community video series is sharing stories that highlight some of the amazing work being done across the LHIN.
Each month, a new video detailing how LHIN funded services and programs are making a difference for residents is screened at our board meeting and shared online with our staff, stakeholders, partners and the public to enjoy.

Tanya's Story - Our latest Voices in the Community feature
In this month’s Voices in the Community video, we highlight Joseph Brant Hospital's (JBH) Prioritizing Health through Acute Stabilization and Transition (PHAST) program that launched in February 2018. PHAST is designed to improve access to mental health and addiction services to people living in the Burlington area. HNHB LHIN is pleased to support PHAST, focused on individuals 16 and older with mental health and addiction concerns who need immediate stabilization and intervention. Tanya is a client of PHAST - this is her story.
